Quotations & Orders
- All prices are quoted in USD and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
- Shipping cost is quoted per order based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater), confirmed with you before payment
- An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment
Payment Terms
- New orders: payment in advance. Accepted methods will be confirmed in the quotation
- Established repeat customers may qualify for deposit-based terms at our discretion
Production & Shipping
- In-stock styles are dispatched within 3–7 business days of payment
- International delivery typically takes 12–30 days depending on destination and service level; exact estimate is provided with your shipping quote
- Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier
Quality & Damages
- We pack all items for international transit. Report any damage or shortage within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work out a replacement or credit solution case by case
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production starts
